Northwest Employment

Just like NEW

Northwest Employment Works (NEW) came to us for help with a soft rebrand of their logo and assets. They wanted to keep several things similar to what was currently there as the brand is well known around Thunder Bay, Dryden and Marathon, which wasn’t a problem for us at all.

We got to work on the rebrand by looking at how we could improve what already existed. Our team decided to slightly change the existing tones of the brands colour palette, modernize their logo, and provide new, strong assets and marketing material.

Out with the old, in with the NEW

On top of the rebrand, Northwest Employment Works wanted a new, more functional, and user-friendly website for both clients and NEW team members. We discussed the specific functionality they were looking for and, with all of this in mind, got to work.

We took the new branding and wrapped it around the website we created, providing a clean and modern look and a user-friendly layout for their clients and staff. With the added functionality they are now able to provide their services more easily and seamlessly.

The Problem

Northwest Employment works came to us needing a soft rebrand, hoping to enhance what already existed with slight, creative changes. Their current brand was already well known in the community, so we had to keep true to that in our process. They also had a need for a more functional and user-friendly website to accommodate their clients and staff. We knew how to help.

The Approach

Our team had several in-depth discussions with NEW to determine, specifically, what they had in mind for both the soft rebrand and the website. We discussed how the current brand was important to stay true to, what they wanted out of the new website and how the two would tie together to really get the most out of both. Now it was time for us to get to work.

The Solution

We looked at the current brand and assets to see how they could be improved and brought up to date. We modernized their logo, changed some tones of their existing palette, and added strong assets to compliment it all. This new, strengthened brand was wrapped around the website we built providing a clean, modern look. The layout and design made the website user friendly, and the back-end functionality allowed NEW to provide their services more seamlessly than ever.
